Andrew Lustig
is the president and cofounder of the Lustig Group. Since 1992, he has worked with over 20,000 people to facilitate growth and transformation on both a personal and organizational level. A skillful executive coach and seminar leader, Andrew specializes in the training and development of business leaders. while helping organizations increase productivity, improve profitability and produce breakthrough results.
Over the years, he has distinguished himself as someone who can impact individual contributors or spearhead successful organizational change in a variety of industries and organizations, including manufacturing, entertainment, high tech, health care, retail, banking and public education.
Prior to founding the Lustig Group in 2006, Andrew was a senior consultant with Dorrier Underwood, a management and leadership consultancy based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
A designer at heart, Andrew holds a degree in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has 10 years of architectural experience. He has buildings of his design standing in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina and brings a keen sense of vision to all he does and an eye for the elegance of simple, well-crafted solutions.
Andrew resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife and daughter. He is passionate about baseball, art and design, traveling the world, great food, and rock and roll music.
