Leadership can be described in many different ways and take on many different forms, but it has one constant value: it is the human quality that transforms cultures, corporations, nations and civilizations. We desire it for ourselves and we desire to be in its presence.
Yet we still find it difficult to define. Most have a hard time moving beyond the “You’re either a born leader or you’re out of luck” mentality. And very few of us are able to be consistent and effective in developing our own leadership skills, let alone those of others.

Our definition of leadership starts with being absolutely clear that leadership effectiveness is always measured by the quality of our results. In our Leadership Coaching & Workshops we focus on designing outcomes and Causing Futures … that were not just going to happen anyway.
Leadership is required when you or your organization is confronted by a Breakdown, Threat, Challenge or an Opportunity that cannot be effectively dealt with inside of the prevailing context.
The problem with Leadership Development…
is that it rarely works. Management development is fairly straight forward, but leadership is a whole other matter.
Most leadership programs talk about leadership and study effective examples of it that have occurred in the past. They fail to provide a direct and sustainable pathway to effective leadership growth and development.
